✔ You must provide clear images or video evidence showing the damage or non-functionality of the product.
✔ The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.

✔ After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect and verify the issue.
✔ If approved, we will initiate a replacement or refund based on product availability.
✔ Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products without valid proof of damage or non-functionality.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Products returned without original packaging and accessories.
  • Software, digital products, or consumables.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

✔ If the return is approved due to a damaged or defective product, we will cover the return shipping charges.
✔ If the return does not meet our criteria, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
